Who We Are

Introduction

HUNCH is a trading name of IKM Digital For Creative Technology Solutions, a company registered in the State of Qatar. This page explains who we are in the terms that matter before you place an order: our legal identity, how we operate, and the commitments we hold ourselves to as a retailer of authentic, premium apparel sold entirely online.

1. Legal Identity

HUNCH is operated by IKM Digital For Creative Technology Solutions, a company incorporated and registered under the laws of the State of Qatar, with its registered office at Building 102, Street 220, Zone 15, Floor 2, Doha, State of Qatar, bearing Commercial Registration number 242129.

Every order placed through hunchhouse.com is a contract between the customer and IKM Digital For Creative Technology Solutions. "HUNCH" is the brand under which that company sells; it is not a separate legal entity, and it carries no obligations independent of the company behind it. Where these pages refer to "we," "us," "our," or "HUNCH," they mean IKM Digital For Creative Technology Solutions.

2. What We Do

HUNCH designs, sources, and sells premium sportswear and lifestyle apparel — jerseys, T-shirts, hoodies, jackets, and accessories — through a single online storefront. We operate one channel: hunchhouse.com. We do not sell through third-party marketplaces, and we do not authorize resellers to represent themselves as HUNCH.

Our catalogue includes standard-season pieces alongside limited runs, seasonal drops, and made-to-order or personalized items. Availability, by design, is not constant — a piece in stock today may not be restocked. We disclose the nature of each product (in-stock, pre-order, made-to-order, limited edition) at the point of sale, because what you're buying and when you'll receive it are different questions depending on which of those categories a product falls into.

3. Our Market

We currently ship within Qatar. Expansion across the GCC, and beyond, is planned — when it happens, our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditions will be updated first, and the change will be reflected at checkout before you're asked to pay for anything we can't yet deliver to you.

4. How We Operate

We sell directly. There is no dropshipping arrangement standing between an order and its fulfilment — when you buy from HUNCH, you are buying from the company that holds the inventory. Payments are processed through certified third-party payment providers; we do not build or operate our own payment infrastructure, and we do not store your card details. Returns are inspected by hand before a refund is issued, not auto-approved by a script.

We keep this operation deliberately small in scope. A limited catalogue, reviewed manually, is how we can stand behind every claim we make about a product — that it's authentic, that the sizing note is accurate, that the photograph you're buying from is the actual piece.

5. Authenticity

Every product we sell is genuine. We do not deal in replicas, and we do not describe a product as "player version," "authentic," or by any comparable term unless it meets the specification the manufacturer assigns to that term. Where a product is a tribute, fan-edition, or otherwise not manufacturer-issued, we say so plainly in the product description — we do not rely on a customer's assumption to do the work our copy should be doing.

6. Our Commitment to Secure Shopping

Every transaction on hunchhouse.com runs through PCI DSS–compliant payment processors, supporting Tap Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major card networks including Visa and Mastercard. Card numbers and payment credentials pass directly between your device and our payment processor; they do not touch our servers, and no one at HUNCH can see them. 7. Our Commitment to Privacy

We collect the information required to take your order, deliver it, support you if something goes wrong, and — only with your consent — tell you when something new is worth your attention. We do not sell customer data. What we collect, why, and for how long, is set out in full in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our Commitment to Quality

We inspect stock before it's listed and inspect returns before they're refunded. Where a product doesn't meet the standard described on the page, we say so before you pay for it, not after you've received it. If we get that wrong, our Returns Policy and Refund Policy explain exactly what happens next.

9. Our Commitment to You

Concretely, that means: accurate product descriptions, prices that don't change after you've paid, a support inbox that's answered by a person, and terms that say what they mean. Where these pages use a defined term — "return window," "final sale," "made-to-order" — that term means the same thing everywhere it appears on this site, including at checkout, in your order confirmation, and here.

10. Governing Law
